Relationship Expert Bree Shares Relationship Help Advice for Women
Nationally recognized relationship expert, Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A., loves to share her relationship help advice with woman so they can, “Have the relationship of their dreams!” Below you will find amazing and surprising relationship help advice tips that you can use right now in your relationship.
A lot of woman will make the same common mistake that ends up destroying their relationship. They try to “fix” their man. Instead of accepting him for who he is, they will force change on him. This behavior causes him to pull away because he is feeling he can’t make her happy with who he is.
Too often, when women get comfortable in their relationship, they start complaining and nagging too much. It is important for a man to feel as if he is making his woman happy. Therefore, if she is always telling him how wrong things are, he will question whether he can ever make her happy and may opt to leave the relationship.
I teach the women I work with how to change their thinking patterns, which positively changes their lives and relationships. It is amazing how shifting even one thought pattern of, “He never helps out around the house” to “He is willing to help him when I clearly ask for help” changes the relationship.
We as women are very powerful when we do empowering things for ourselves. This especially applies to our relationships with men. To come from an empowering perspective means that our thinking and behaviors are focused on the positives of what we do have while making the changes we want to make.
If a woman is not happy in her relationship with her husband because he takes her for granted, she has the power to shift that reality. She begins with her mind set and then follows that with positive action. She focuses her thoughts and actions on paying attention to herself and taking care of her needs. When a man sees his woman taking care of herself inside and out, that draws him to her and inspires him to do the same for her.
