How To Help A Relationship!
Relationship Help With Expert Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A.
Relationships are amazing opportunities to experience love, joy, fun, while adding a greater depth and quality to our lives. However did you know relationships are also a great tool for personal growth? Opening your mind up to this possibility is one of the most powerful things that can help your relationship!
When we shift our thinking towards this, we are afforded a whole new opportunity to heal and transform our relationship.
How?
Simply, when we step back and ask ourselves, “what can I learn here?” or “What is my part in this?” the doors to helping our relationship fly open.
However, what more commonly happens when problems arise in a relationship is that each person will instead blame the other. They will point the finger at the person they “love” and say awful, mean things including, “It is all your fault!” Doing this in a relationship is sure to accomplish one thing…damage to the relationship!
So why do so many couples end up in the position?
The answer is almost always because they do not know how to do it any other way. In other words, they were never taught the relationship skills that actually help their relationship.
When I am working with a couple, they learn how to successfully help and heal their relationship instead of unknowingly causing more damage to it.
I teach them how to:
- Effectively communicate with one another in a way that works.
- Hear the true message their partner is trying to tell them.
- Successfully move through conflict instead of getting stuck in it.
- Let go and heal the old wounds that are hurting their relationship.
- Bring back the passion, fun, and love again.
- Have the very best relationship they can with their partner.
The good news is there is a way to help your relationship!
