Relationship Help For Women From Expert Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A.
When a woman comes to me for relationship help it generally is because she is at the end of her rope. She has tried everything she knows to do; however, nothing is working. Generally, she is tired, frustrated, and feels little hope and depressed. She reaches out as a last ditch effort hoping that I will teach her something to make her relationship work. Thus begins the process of healing, growth, and transformation!
Always Start With Yourself!
When a relationship is not going well, a woman needs to look at what part she is playing in the dysfunction. This part can range anywhere from picking the wrong type of man to unknowingly him.
This initial step takes courage for it is so much easier to point the finger and blame the man versus taking accountability.
Uncover Dysfunctional Relationship Patterns!
This step entails stepping back and observing the actual dynamics within the relationship. This is often extremely difficult to do on ones own and requires the help of a neutral third person who is educated to do so. When I work on this step with a woman, I am helping her to recognize the way she and her man interact with one another in both healthy and unhealthy ways.
Make The Needed Changes!
This third step takes a firm commitment to wanting to grow and heal. In general, human beings do not like or welcome change. This is ironic as change is the only constant that occurs during ones life. During this step, I teach my client the exact tools she will need to change her thoughts and behaviors in order to have a successful relationship with her man.
As a woman applies the new information and guidance she has received from our working together she will have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of her labor. She will feel better emotionally, experience positive changes in her relationship, and move forward to a whole new place of love and intimacy with her man.
