Get Relationship Help To Stop Fighting Here!
Whether I am in a grocery store, at a child’s birthday party, or out to dinner, there are always couples who are in a fight and not speaking to one another or who are actively fighting. These couples range anywhere from dating to married with kids. Especially today with the financial and life stressors being so high, I developed a special relationship-coaching program just for couples to help them stop fighting with one another.
Best Relationship Coach Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A. Helps Stop Fighting #1:
Get To The Core!
When a couple continually fights there is a specific reason. Whether it is unresolved old resentments, poor communication skills, or childhood issues being triggered the core of the arguing must be uncovered, addressed, and healed.
As a relationship coach and former Mental Health Counselor I work with my clients one-on-one via phone sessions to help them understand what the core issue of their fighting is all about. Once a couple has this vital information they are on the road to ending their misery and finding happiness together again.

Find Understanding!
When a couple can become sympathetic to one another’s perception, true understanding enters their relationship. This is so very important to have in a happy and healthy relationship. However, most couples will look to insert their way or perception instead of trying to understand where their partner is coming from.
My relationship-coaching program teaches couples how to become empathetic to each other by first understanding their partners perception. This does not mean they must agree on everything but it does mean they become tolerant of one another’s viewpoint.

Develop Better Communication Skills!
By far one of the biggest reasons couples fight is a lack of effective communication skills. When a couple does not have these tools they will often run into misunderstandings, hurt feelings, and resentments, which all lead to the break down of a relationship.
This is so vital that in my It’s That Simple! relationship help books there is a whole chapter dedicated to teaching effective communication tools. There is a It’s That Simple! for Women and It’s That Simple! for Men available.
If a couple is not ready to work with me as a relationship coach then I highly recommend they at least get these books to help them stop fighting and have a happy relationship.

Start Dating Again!
Once a couple can get to the core issue, find understanding, and use proper communication tools with one another they are ready for the fun part of getting to date again!
This part of the relationship-coaching program teaches couples how to have fun with one another again. When a couple has been caught up in the negative cycle of fighting they rarely have had any fun together. When the couple I am working with is able to get past the pain and hurt, they are ready to experience some fun. Having fun together is an extremely underrated but vital element in a healthy relationship.

Find The Love & Intimacy Again!
When I am working with a couple, this is the final step they take in the healing process. It is the time in which we address and heal their emotional and physical intimacy. At this point in the process, I teach the couple how to grow closer both emotionally and physically so that their overall relationship becomes very fulfilling.
The couple has an opportunity to experience the giving and receiving of love with one another at a whole new level. This part of the process is absolutely beautiful as I get to help a couple who were once incredibly unhappy find and express the love they have for one another!
