How To Get A Second Date With Her!

Dating Advice & Relationship Help For Men

Has this situation ever happened to you?

You are on a date with a beautiful woman and it seems like things are going very well, so you ask her out for the second date and are shocked when she says no!

If so, you are not alone.

Many single men in the dating world are unaware of the dating do’s and don’ts causing them to waste a lot of their time and plenty of their money.  They make mistakes that push the woman away without even realizing what they are doing wrong or that they need dating help to build a great relationship.

There is a better way!

When I work with a man he learns the in’s and out’s of a woman. I teach him:

  • How she thinks
  • What she feels
  • What she expects from him & how to deliver it
  • How to effectively communicate with her

In other words, he gets the inside scoop into women. He learns how to attract the woman he wants and then how to keep her.

The bottom line is that men and women think, feel, express themselves differently. We desire and look for things from a relationship in a dissimilar way. However, unless you know and understand this, you will continue to make the same mistakes ending up in the same place — alone and frustrated.

The good news is that I will help you find the right one for you and build the type of relationship you really want.  I will walk you through the dating and relationship building process each step of the way.  You will know how to talk with her, win her heart, and build the best relationship you have ever had!

If this sounds like something you need in your life contact me here — I will help you successfully date and create the relationship of your dreams!

Why Can’t He Understand Me?

Relationship Help With Communication

As men and women talk with one another, sometimes it can feel as if we are speaking foreign languages to one another. By far one of the greatest pitfalls in any relationship is a lack of effective communication.

The truth of the matter is that when we do not know how to talk with our partner, issues can arise in the relationship. One of the top reasons people come to me for relationship help is because they cannot figure out a way to properly speak with each other without ending up frustrated or angry.

The top complaint I hear from women with this is that “He doesn’t understand me!”  In other words, she is telling me that she does not feel heard by her man. However, the bigger picture usually involves her not sharing with him in a way that he can relate to.

On the other hand, the number one grievance I hear form men is, “She is always nagging me and never happy!” What he is really saying is that he is frustrated and angry that what he is doing is not enough for her. Again, if we stand back and look at the complete picture, it generally has to do with him not fully communicating with her, which leaves her repeating herself.

I offer two ways to get the relationship help men and women need. The first is through the It’s That Simple! books. Each book is gender specific and provides the help, skills, and direction necessary to have a successful relationship.

It’s That Simple!

A Man’s Book On Relationships, Life, Ourselves & The Healing of it All

It’s That Simple!

A Woman’s Book On Relationships, Life, Ourselves & The Healing of it All

The second is with working directly with me via telephone sessions. During these sessions, I walk my clients through a personalized program designed specially to help them with their particular relationship needs.  I help people with communication to healing from an infidelity and everything in between.

If I can help you please feel free to contact me here.

How To Save My Marriage?

Relationship Help From Expert Bree

This question comes to me quite often from couples who have allowed their relationship to slip into a dysfunctional place.  In other words, the things that are not working can no longer be ignored.  Instead it is time to face the issues and find a way to heal their relationship.

Couples get to the place of asking the question, “How can I save my marriage?” and seeking help for their relationship for a variety of reasons. However, there are several common problem areas that most do encounter.

These generally include:

  • Layers of unhealed resentments
  • Poor coping mechanisms
  • Lack of conflict resolution & communication skills
  • Loss of their emotional and physical intimacy

The great news is that all of these elements can be healed!

Save Your Marriage!

When I work with a couple, one of the first things I do is to help them identify the core issue(s). This is the first vital piece in the healing process for their relationship. Once this is accomplished we move on to the educational part where I teach them how to communicate effectively, face and move through conflicts, and re-build their intimacy. From there, we move into the application part of the healing process in which they practice what they learn.  At that point, I walk them through a goal attainment process for the ultimate and complete healing of their relationship.

When someone is in a marriage that is not working it is very difficult on an emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual level. It literally negatively impacts every other area of the person’s life.  If you need help saving your marriage, you can work with me directly from the comfort of your home or office via telephone sessions once a week.

Communication & Relationships: Help For Men & Women!

Relationship Help

If there were one key element that breaks down relationships, it would have to be a lack of effective communication.  From the slightest misunderstandings to grave misinterpretations, when two people are not speaking the same language, they most likely will need some help with their relationship.

So how can a couple side step this common trap?

My answer is always to learn the skills so you can talk with and understand your partner.  This is such a vital piece in having a loving, growing, and lasting relationship.

Whether you are a man or a woman one thing is for sure, when you want your partner to understand what you are telling them you communicate in a way that feels most comfortable for you. In other words, if you are a direct person your communication will be direct. While on the other hand, if you have a softer approach so will your communication. Here in lies the problem, most people communicate from their gender and personality instead of communicating in a way the other person can understand and relate to.

This is the precise reason the effective communication chapter was written in the It’s That Simple! relationship help book for men and It’s That Simple! relationship help book women.

I saw with every couple I worked with that they needed relationship help specifically with how to communicate their thoughts, feelings and perspectives. In each case, he and she were not speaking in a way the other could hear, which caused unnecessary hurt, anger, and resentments.

The amazing part in this  is that once a couple knows how to speak with and understand one another, an incredible amount of problems that existed in their relationship immediately go away.

Problems that were previously considered hard to get through become little things that simple need to be talked through together.  Effective communication really is an amazing tool that creates the best relationships.

Help For How To Heal Your Relationship

Relationship Help

When a relationship reaches the stage where healing needs to occur, many can feel as if it is hopeless.  They may not see a way to get back to the relationship they once had and therefore falsely believe there is not a way.  However, I am sharing with you that there is always hope to heal a relationship when there is a willingness to do so.

Depending on the degree of healing needed for a broken relationship is what determines the type of help needed. For instance, if a couple is experiencing a break down in communication with feelings of irritation and frustration, using a self-help book to become educated on effective communication and relationship building skills  is recommended.

It’s That Simple! relationship help book for men &  It’s That Simple! relationship help book for women

If a couple is experiencing not only a lack of or poor communication along with built up resentments  and faulty relationship patterns then it is time to bring in the help of an relationship expert, relationship coach or counselor.  The couple going through this may be speaking or not, may have unresolved anger, and most of the time are repeating patterns of behavior that create more damage in the relationship.  Working with an expert will provide the couple with the tools, skills, and guidance to move through the pain back to a loving place with one another.

Finally, if one or both partners in the relationship are abusive or are suffering from addiction it is vital to seek the help of a mental health professional. Abuse and addictions are serious issues that take professional help to work through.  In some cases, it may even take inpatient care in order to heal the relationship.

I have worked with couples who were on the brink of divorce, with no hope left and was successfully able to walk them through a comprehensive process to heal their relationship.  Today they are happily married and living proof that it can be done.

The bottom line is that if there is willingness there is a way to repair, rebuild, and have a wonderfully loving relationship once again.

How Faith Can Help A Relationship

“Relationships are so hard and so much work Bree!” is what I hear quite often from frustrated men and women.

However, the fact is that relationships do not have to be a lot of work once you have the right tools and help.

Those couples who know how to effectively communicate, problem solve, and keep their emotional and physical intimacy alive; generally have good relationships. However, those that also share a faith or belief system in which they put God first place in their lives and in their relationship have the best I have ever seen.

Having a shared faith does not necessarily mean each person believes or prays in the same way, however, it does mean their relationship is placed in God’s care.

For instance, those couples I am referring to often pray for understanding, peace, guidance, and grace to keep their relationship strong and healthy.  They see their relationship as an extension of God’s work in the world.

This is not to say that they never face relationship problems and need help.  Rather, they deal with the problem head on with authenticity and seek the right help they need for their relationship immediately. Instead of sweeping things under a rug they realize that their relationship is a priority.

In general, those who have faith tend to have tools that naturally help a relationship. These tools include a desire to be selfless, willingness to compromise, and a desire to do the right thing. These are amazingly successful tools for a relationship.

Is this to say that someone without faith cannot have a successful relationship?

Absolutely not!

However, in my experience those couples who have a strong faith and bring that faith into their relationship have an easier time making their relationship successful.

Relationship Help Advice for Men!

The biggest complaint I hear from women about the man in their lives is that the man does not listen or understand them.  Now on the other hand, when I talk with the men, they tell me they are listening and trying to understand so they can have a good relationship.

This is where both the men and women need good solid relationship help advice to get through this barrier.

This common relationship problem has its roots in the gender differences in the way men and women communicate.  To make this as easy as possible I will say that women like to talk and men like to get to the point.

Now when we break that down further and learn why this occurs we are onto a road to a happy relationship!

The way each gender communicates is not right or wrong – just different.  Therefore, we each need to understand how the opposite sex communicates. This also pertains to all of our relationships with the opposite sex with our family members, friends, co-workers, etc. Learning how and why men and  women speak the way they do is vital in all relationships.

I always recommend to both men and women struggling with relationship problems to get educated as fast as possible on relationship and communication skills.

There are different ways of doing this, I strongly recommend starting off with the It’s That Simple! relationship help book for men if you are a man and the It’s That Simple! relationship help book for women if you are a woman.

Each book teaches the reader how to understand their partner and how to communicate with them in a way that really works.

For those men or women who having a very difficult time with their partner it may be time to work with a relationship expert professional. I work with men and women individually and as couples across the United States. I am able to do this because I use the phone or Skype for our sessions.

I have been working this way for quite some time now and have found it to be amazing to get people moving quickly through the learning curve and healing process.

This happens because they are able to talk with me from the safety and convenience of their home or office where they feel very comfortable.  The other reason is the way I coach my clients. I use a holistic approach that addresses the person and their relationship completely instead of just treating one symptom or problem. My goal for my clients is for them to learn everything they need to have a great relationship as fast as possible.

Relationship Help Advice For Women!

When men talk to me for help about their relationship problems with women, one thing always stands out and that is their frustration. Most of the time they are feeling this way because they do not understand why their woman is always unhappy with them.

When a man cares for or loves a woman, his goal is to make her happy. Although no one can “make” another person happy since that must come from within first, men feel good when their woman is pleased with their efforts towards her.

When a woman fully understands how important this is she is empowered to create a very healthy and happy relationship with her man.

How? Well, she will see his intentions and efforts in a new light. Instead of complaining about what is not right she focuses on what is.

This may seem like over simplified help for your relationship but it works wonders. I have seen very unhappy couples turn around when this shift is made in their dynamics. Once the man sees and hears validation for his efforts, it inspires him to want to do more for her. This turns a negative cycle of disappointment, complaint, and frustration into a positive one of noticing, appreciation, and increased efforts.

It is a win-win for both the man and the women!

Just to be clear, there is no one-size-fit-all quick fix help for all relationship problems. However, when it comes this issue just this little shift changes everything!

Can Relationship Help Over The Phone Really Work?

Yes! An absolute resounding yes it works! How do I know? Because I have been working with men and women all over the country helping them with their life and relationships by phone for the last eight years.

So how does it work?

The initial session entails me getting to know who you are and what relationship help you specifically need.  From there I develop a personalized relationship-coaching program just for you, which we  work through together during our once a week session.

Over the course of your program, you will learn the exact information and tools to make the needed changes for your relationship. This covers every type of help you expressly need to transform your relationship. This includes effective communication skills, intimacy building skills, conflict resolution skills, developing and implementing personal boundaries, and successful relationship skills.

You will have my support, guidance, and motivation to walk you through each step along the way. For each person I work with I provide them what I like to call a “life-line” which they can use at anytime.  This means that at anytime you need my support or assistance outside our appointment time, you let me know and I will help you. In short, we become a team to get you from where you are to where you want to be!

I have found that my clients experience a much faster pace of changing and healing their relationship than with traditional face-to-face counseling. The reason is two-fold. First, there is a level of anonymity by doing it by phone that helps my clients feel much safer and more readily available to open up and get to the core issues. Also, they are talking with me from the comfort and safety of their own home or office. After all, we all feel better when we are in our own environments, especially when we are dealing with issues that are not so easy to face.

The great news is yes relationship help over the phone does work and can work for you! If you would like to find out more click here or reach me click here.

Helpful Advice From Relationship Expert Bree

Relationship Help Advice

When two people come together and decide to be in relationship with one another, rarely are they thinking, “Boy this is going to be awful!”  Rather, they are both excited, hopeful, and thinking, “This is amazing!”

So how do so many relationships start from a point of “This is amazing!” and end up in the place of “This is awful!” we need help?

Although each person and couple is unique, there are several common reasons this occurs.

They include:

  • Poor or lack of effective communication skills
  • Inability to develop or keep an emotional bond
  • Unrealistic expectations of the other person
  • Allowing the physical intimacy to fade
  • Allowing resentments to build
  • Lack of forgiveness

Each of these reasons are significant on their own, however, most couples end up experiencing more than just one. Little small irritants over time end up turning into big problems.

So how can a person get the right type of relationship help for their specific problems?

I recommend starting from an honest place of self-examination. Really look at the quality of one’s relationship to determine what type of help is needed. This can be a bit tricky as denial can crop in and cloud ones assessment. However, the best way to check the status of one’s relationship is to ask, “How happy or unhappy am I in this relationship?”

If a relationship is having mild to moderate problems then becoming self-educated using a relationship help book is a great first step to take.  Often, when people are given the exact tools and information they will make the positive changes needed for their relationship.

It’s That Simple! Relationship-Help book for Men

&

It’s That Simple! Relationship-Help book for Women

If a couple is fighting more than not, feeling fed up and not sure how to make things better then bringing in the help of a relationship professional is recommended. I work with men, women, and couples around the country helping them heal and transform their relationship.

If there are addictions or abuse occurring then there absolutely needs to be a mental health processional brought in to help each person in the relationship.

The sad fact is that most relationships that fail could have been saved with the right type of help.

It is always better to try everything one can to save their relationship before throwing it away only to repeat the pattern with someone new.
