Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Her Favorite Relationship Help!
Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A. chatted with our readers about what her favorite relationship help has been over her fifteen years of work. This relationship expert gave us relationship help insights that are great to use everyday in relationships from dating to marriage!
I love helping women feel better about themselves. Many times women are so critical about their looks and bodies that it makes having a healthy relationship with a man very difficult. Women must find their way to loving and accepting themselves first and then work on their relationship with the man in their lives.
Men today have lost their way within their “manhood.” This is greatly due to the women’s movement. Although this shift and the freedoms it brought were necessary, it confused the gender roles. This has negatively impacted many relationships today, as men are lost as to how to be men and what women really want in a relationship.
How can women be less aggressive while dating?
When a woman allows herself to be pursued and then responds, it allows for the natural male-female flow to occur. As well, many women today have lost their natural femininity and taken on more masculine energy to “make it” in the work force. Heterosexual men do not want a masculine woman; they are looking for the feminine energy to compliment their energy.
Flirting has become a lost art with the new age of technology. Flirting is not texting something that is sexually aggressive or suggestive. Flirting is an interpersonal form of communicating an interest in someone.
Online dating has become the norm, which has its own set of pros and cons. It can be very successful if done the right way. First one must complete the due diligence of checking the background of the other person along with asking pertinent and revealing questions before agreeing to meet in person.
My ultimate relationship help is when I get to work one-on-one with a couple and help them restore and then build a thriving relationship. It is the most rewarding part of my work!
