Relationship Help For Men & Dating From Relationship Expert Bree

Men who are currently dating seek the relationship help advice of Relationship Expert Bree Maresca Kramer M.A. Men want to know what women really want and how to deliver it. Bree provides the relationship help answers, tools, and guidance to single men who are looking for help in their dating life.

Relationship Help For Men & Dating From Expert Bree Tip #1:

The most common mistake men will make during dating is taking up too much of the conversation. A man should always ask his date questions that show he is interested in getting to know her. If the man is the only one talking, his date will feel she is not of interest to him at all.

Relationship Help For Men & Dating From Expert Bree Tip #2:

When a man is interested in a woman, he should ask her out without putting any pressure on the woman. For example, he can start by initiating a simple conversation about things that interest her. After he has gotten her to open up a little, he can then casually ask if she would like to get together for dinner.

Relationship Help For Men & Dating From Expert Bree Tip #3:

If a man is interested in a woman he should always call the next day after a good date. The ridiculous “wait three days rule” is nothing but game playing and turns women off. When a man follows up with a woman it lets her know he is interested in pursuing her. If the woman is interested in him as well, he will know because she will happily accept his second date.

Relationship Help For Men & Dating From Expert Bree Tip #4:

Even the best looking and most successful men can come on too strong and scare a potential love interest away. To know what a woman likes all depends on what her personal preferences are. The only way a man can find this out is asking her the right questions.

Relationship Help For Men & Dating From Expert Bree Tip #5:

Chivalry is the best way to win a woman’s heart. Women today are tired of men treating them like buddies. Rather, women want to be treated well by the man they are dating. It makes a woman feel special, as well as when a man opens her door, pays for the date, and take the lead as the man.

Relationship Help For Men & Dating From Expert Bree Tip #6:

The biggest complaint I hear from women is that men today don’t know how to be real men. Women are looking for a man who is solid and stable. They want a man who is secure in himself and knows how to be respectful and honoring of a woman. When a man shows up like this in the dating world he will be the most successful.

Nationally Recognized Relationship Expert Bree Really Helps Relationships!

Relationship Expert Bree Really Helps!

Nationally Recognized Relationship Expert Bree Really Helps!

Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A. answered our relationship help questions about couples. Bree’s relationship help answers are not only inspiring; they really do help couples have better relationships! Read Bree’s answers to our top six relationship help questions below.

Relationship Expert Bree Helps Relationships! Tip #1:

Why do couples have such a hard time talking to one another?

This is a great relationship help question as it is one of the main problems couples face in a relationship. The bottom line is that men and women are different creatures! We think, feel, and process differently. Therefore, it takes learned skills in how to not only talk but also listen to the opposite sex.

Relationship Expert Bree Helps Relationships! Tip #2:

How can couples learn how to communicate better?

I am so glad you asked! I devoted a whole chapter to this in my “It’s That Simple!” books for men and women. In each of these books the chapter explains exactly how to talk and understand the opposite sex. This information is so vital as we do not learn it unless we are going to graduate school for a degree in psychology!

Relationship Expert Bree Helps Relationships! Tip #3:

Can a broken relationship really be repaired or will the couple always struggle?

Absolutely a broken relationship can be repaired! However, it takes the time, effort, and willingness on the part of both parties to make this happen. One person changing can certainly shift the dynamics of a relationship for the better, but it really takes two to have a thriving relationship.

Relationship Expert Bree Helps Relationships! Tip #4:

What is the first sign that a relationship is heading in the wrong direction?

When a couple stops talking about the real things and starts talking only about the every day things like kid’s schedules and bills. This is a common mistake, especially in marriages, that so many couples could easily avoid. Making an effort to create emotional intimacy each day will keep a couple’s bond strong over the years.

Relationship Expert Bree Helps Relationships! Tip #5:

What is the best thing to know when just starting a new relationship?

Always know and expect that after the honeymoon phase ends, the other person will have flaws. There are no perfect people or perfect relationships. Each of us has our own inner challenges that are either being addressed and worked on or not. In relationships these are the things that are revealed to ourselves and each other. If one is not prepared for this and expects their partner to remain as wonderful as they seemed in the honeymoon phase, they will be extremely disappointed and often leave the relationship before it has time to develop into something amazing!

Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Her Favorite Relationship Help!

Relationship Help Expert

Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Her Favorite Relationship Help!

Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A. chatted with our readers about what her favorite relationship help has been over her fifteen years of work.  This relationship expert gave us relationship help insights that are great to use everyday in relationships from dating to marriage!

Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Relationship Help #1:

I love helping women feel better about themselves. Many times women are so critical about their looks and bodies that it makes having a healthy relationship with a man very difficult. Women must find their way to loving and accepting themselves first and then work on their relationship with the man in their lives.

Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Relationship Help #2:

Men today have lost their way within their “manhood.” This is greatly due to the women’s movement. Although this shift and the freedoms it brought were necessary, it confused the gender roles. This has negatively impacted many relationships today, as men are lost as to how to be men and what women really want in a relationship.

Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Relationship Help #3:

How can women be less aggressive while dating?

When a woman allows herself to be pursued and then responds, it allows for the natural male-female flow to occur. As well, many women today have lost their natural femininity and taken on more masculine energy to “make it” in the work force. Heterosexual men do not want a masculine woman; they are looking for the feminine energy to compliment their energy.

Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Relationship Help #4:

Flirting has become a lost art with the new age of technology. Flirting is not texting something that is sexually aggressive or suggestive. Flirting is an interpersonal form of communicating an interest in someone.

Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Relationship Help #5:

Online dating has become the norm, which has its own set of pros and cons. It can be very successful if done the right way. First one must complete the due diligence of checking the background of the other person along with asking pertinent and revealing questions before agreeing to meet in person.

Relationship Expert Bree Chats About Relationship Help #6:

My ultimate relationship help is when I get to work one-on-one with a couple and help them restore and then build a thriving relationship. It is the most rewarding part of my work!

Need Relationship Help From An Expert? Ask Bree!

Everyone who has ever been in a real relationship will find them selves looking for help at one point or another! This is normal, as we are each human beings who make mistakes. The great news is that there is help and answers to your relationship help questions. Below are the top six relationship help questions I am asked most by men and women.

Need Relationship Help From An Expert? Ask Bree! Question #1:

Why won’t my wife have more sex with me?

Most of the time the answer is that she needs more emotional connection with you first before she moves towards wanting to have sex with you. Women want to feel heard, loved and desired by their man. If you do this for her you are sure to get more sex with your wife!

Need Relationship Help From An Expert? Ask Bree! Question #2:

Why doesn’t my husband ever listen to me?

Men like short and concise communication. When women talk to their men as if they were girlfriends, most of the time they will tune them out. In order to learn how to talk to the opposite sex read my It’s That Simple! relationship help books for men and women!

Need Relationship Help From An Expert? Ask Bree! Question #3:

How do I know if my boyfriend will propose?

The best way to know is to communicate with him on his views on marriage. If he is a confirmed bachelor it is better to find out quickly. If he says he has not thought much about it, he is not intending a proposal anytime soon. If he says he has thought about it and in time sees himself with you, he is on the right track. If you are dating for more than a year and he never brings up marriage chances are he will not be proposing anytime soon.

Need Relationship Help From An Expert? Ask Bree! Question #4:

What do I do after my spouse has cheated on me?

This is not an easy situation to handle on your own. I always recommend working with an expert. You will have to decide if you want to work things out and continue in the relationship or move on. Again, this is much easier to handle when you have a relationship expert guiding you each step of the way.

Need Relationship Help From An Expert? Ask Bree! Question #5:

How do I put the spark back into my relationship?

I find that both men and women in relationship make this too complicated. It really does not take that much to do this. Start with the little things like a “I love you” note and build up to a romantic dinner out with a walk under the stars. Romance is found in the intention not so much the act.

Need Relationship Help From An Expert? Ask Bree! Question #6:

How can I tell if a guy I meet is worth going out with?

This is easily handled by pre-qualifying him up front. Be sure to know what you are looking for in a partner and relationship first. Then ask pertinent questions to find out if he fits what you are looking for. If you want marriage and family and he wants to join the peace corps keep looking!

Always remember the primary goal of your relationship-to be happy together! So often, men and women in relationships will lose focus of why they are in the relationship in the first place. Keeping your happiness as a couple as the main focus will help keep you and your partner on the right path together.

Relationship Expert & Coach Bree Helps Couples Stay Together! Tip #2

Never stop talking about the good stuff in your relationship. It is easy to point the finger at what is wrong with your partner or relationship; however, this will not keep the relationship going. Relationship Help Expert Bree Helps Men On Dating

Many men find dating to be a crazy maze they have no idea how to get through. One of the reasons is that they make mistakes they are unaware of. Below are some great relationship help tips from relationship expert Bree Maresca- Kramer M.A. on dating for men.

#1: Stop picking women based on their physical appearance alone. Instead, be sure to pick women you are attracted to, but who also have a high enough level of compatibility with you.

#2: Leave the cocky arrogance attitude behind. Coming from a genuine place of confidence is extremely attractive to women. However, if you do not feel good about who you are and pretend to be confident, it will repel women instead.

#3: Always show up as a real man. Women do want you to be the man and wear the pants just as long as you do so with respect and honor. So go ahead and be chivalrous with her, she will love it!

#4: Always make her feel safe when she is with or without you. This means she can trust you with her emotions, her heart, and that you will keep her safe in any situation. When a woman knows you care and will protect her, she will be more open to allowing you into her heart and life.

#5: Always know what you are really looking for. If you just want to have fun with dating, pick women that want that too. If you are looking for your wife, steer clear of the party girls and pick a woman who has the right qualities for you.

Acclaimed Life Coach Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A. holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, has over fifteen years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples, and has been featured on NBC, CBS, The CW,  FOX NEWS, National Radio Programming, The Chicago Tribune, Shape Magazine, In-Touch Magazine, The Nest Magazine, Woman’s Day Magazine, E-Harmony, AOL, and is a Relationship Expert Columnist for The Huffington Post.

Relationship Expert Bree Gives Help For A Cheating Spouse

To discover that your husband or wife has had an affair is a devastating experience. I have worked and helped many couples save their relationship after an infidelity. Here are some relationship help tools for those dealing with an infidelity.

Tool #1:

Give your relationship a certain amount of recovery time before making any major decisions. It is human nature to feel shock, anger, and rage wanting to kick the cheating spouse out for good. However, many marriages can survive an infidelity.

Tool #2:

After you have given it some time, decide on what you truly want the outcome to be for your relationship. After the initial shock and pain have subsided, many people decide they want to do what it takes to save their marriage. However, there are also those who decide there is no way they can ever get over the infidelity and just want to move on with their lives.

Tool #3:

Develop a pro-active plan of action. Having a step-by-step map to guide you through the process is very important. You want to know what it is you want and how to accomplish that.

Tool #4:

Have a nurturing support team all around you. Picking loving people to be around you through this process is vital. In addition, you want to seek the help of an expert to assist you whether you chose to stay with your cheating spouse or move on with your life.

Tool #5:

Approach the situation as a process rather than something that will be fixed quickly. Recovering from an infidelity takes time, patience, understanding, and work. It can be done but will need a certain amount of time to work.

Tool #6:

Set the goal to look at this situation with a positive perspective. Chose to look at the infidelity as an opportunity to rebuild your marriage and life. This can be a time of renewal and change instead of one of pain and destruction!

A Chat To Get Relationship Help from Expert Bree

There is one relationship expert that is leading the pack in our country right now and that is Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A. Bree is interviewed by radio, television, and magazines to get her insight on relationships. Here are some of her top relationship help answers to relationship help questions:

When a relationship is falling apart, there is always hope if both partners are willing to do what it takes. When you have two people committed to one another anything is possible to overcome and get through!

Many infidelities can be avoided. Infidelities often occur because one or both partners are looking to get their unmet needs fulfilled. These are  usually the affection, attention, and excitement needs. All of these can be met within the relationship; however, it takes a concerted effort to make sure these needs are met on a continual basis.

Most relationships fail not due to a lack of love but to a deficiency of relationship tools. Relationships are living organisms that need continual care and nurturing. Often, after the honeymoon phase, men and women drop the ball because they do not know how to have a healthy relationship.

It may sound cliché but communication is vital to the success of any relationship. One of the key elements of effective communication is the ability to listen and hear what the other person is saying. So often, people are more concerned with what they are going to say next or getting their point across that true communication never occurs.

Celebrities do not have it any easier in the relationship department. In fact, they have a harder time due to the incredible scrutiny and attention that is given to them. Celebrity or not, in order to have a healthy and happy relationship it takes a conscious effort, understanding, commitment, tools, and love.

Relationship Help Chat with Expert Bree On Women & Dating!

Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A. is a nationally recognized relationship expert. Bree was kind enough to sit down with us to provide relationship help for women who are dating.

Below is the relationship help chat we had with Bree:

What is the best thing women should know while dating?

If a woman is looking to have a real relationship with a man, she should always pre-qualify him first. This may sound a bit harsh or like a job interview but it is an important piece in attaining a healthy, happy, and lasting relationship.

Many times, women will date any man who comes along or shows interest in her. Unfortunately, when a woman does this she is setting herself up for a big risk. When she does not take the time to check out if he  is compatible with her and her life goals she not only can waste her precious time she can really have her heart broken.

Relationship Help Chat with Expert Bree: Women & Dating Tip #2:

How does a woman pre-qualify a man?

It is not as hard as it sounds!

A woman should know what her deal breakers are and then casually ask the man pertinent questions which will reveal if he meets what she is looking for. For example, if she wants children, she could ask him, “Do you like children?”

It is important for her to listen carefully to how he answers this question. If he says yes, then she could follow that up with, “Do you want children of your own some day?”

A man who is not honorable will tell a woman anything he thinks she wants to hear in order to get her into bed, so it is important to also observe his actions.  For instance, if he says he likes children and wants them but never makes notice of  them when you are out and about town, be careful he may not be being sincere.

These questions you suggested seem a little forward can they scare a man away?

It is true that a woman can scare off even the nicest guy if she comes across too desperate or pushing for marriage and children right out of the gate.

In other words, a woman never wants to lead with, “Do you want to get married and have kids” on the first date. However, as a woman is  getting to know the man, asking if he likes or wants children is very appropriate.  If those casual questions scare him away, he probably  is the wrong man for her.

When is it the right time to sleep with a man you are interested in?

I love this question as it allows me the opportunity to share something I am passionate about and that is women honoring themselves and their body.

Far too often, a woman will sell herself short and look for a man to validate her as a woman.  Sadly in this situation, she will sleep with a man who is pursuing her, thinking that he must really like her, only to find out it was just sex for him.

When a woman honors who she is and treats herself and body with great respect, so will the man.

The truth is that we teach others how to treat us. Therefore, if we are not treating ourselves well, neither will the man. However, when a woman feels good about who she is and respects herself, she will attract men who will do the same.

The fact is that if you want him as a  real potential mate, then do not sleep with him until he is fully committed to you.

This means different things to different women for some it is as committed relationship, seriously dating, being engaged or waiting until you are married.

I can not tell another woman how to run her life but I can tell her that if she wants a real and lasting relationship with him hold off  at least until he is  in love and committed to only you.

How long should a woman wait until she brings up marriage?

A woman should never bring up marriage as that will scare away most men.  Always wait for the man to bring the subject of marriage up.

However, a wise woman will always ask the right type of questions that will reveal  if he is the marrying type or not.  For instance, asking about his life goals, where he would like his life to be in five years, and about his family while he was growing up are all great questions that provide vital information.

When a woman knows what she wants, feels good about who she is she is incredibly empowered to attract the perfect man for her. However, if she is stuck in some areas of her own personal growth she will play that out in her dating relationships.

I absolutely love working with women!  There is nothing more beautiful than a woman who has learned how to love and respect herself!
