Relationship Help for Women from The #1 Relationship Expert Question 1:
Can you tell us what you think the top mistake women make while dating?
Through all my years of working with women, I have found that unless a woman feels good about who she is inside and out, she will draw the wrong men into her life. This is because she is approaching dating from a place of perceived lack. This then causes her to radiate a desperate energy attracting the wrong guys and repelling the right ones.
Relationship Help for Women from The #1 Relationship Expert Question 2:
Are women having sex too early in the dating world?
Absolutely yes! A woman needs to respect and value not only herself but also her body. To have sex with a man not only causes an attachment hormone in her brain to be released, it leaves her vulnerable to heartache. Our grandmothers had it right, for as the old saying goes: why buy the cow when the milk is free! It is better to wait until he commits himself to her and the relationship.
Relationship Help for Women from The #1 Relationship Expert Question 3:
Why are women having sex too early?
I believe it started in the sixties with the sexual revolution. Jumping into a sexual relationship before the emotional and psychological attachments are formed often short circuit the dating process. It truly is putting the cart before the horse!
Relationship Help for Women from The #1 Relationship Expert Question 4:
Should a woman flirt with a man she likes?
My relationship help advice is yes as long as she keeps it fun and lighthearted. Flirting is a great way to communicate your interested in a man. It gives him the green light to make his move. However, if a woman comes across as aggressive or sexual it can be perceived as desperate and be a huge turn off.
Relationship Help for Women from The #1 Relationship Expert Question 5:
Should a woman ever make the first move?
No! If a man is interested he will pursue the woman. Even if he is shy or unsure if she will like him, if he likes her enough he will get over these obstacles and make his move. Her job is to respond positively not aggressively to let him know she welcomes his interest in her. If he does not pursue her, he is not the right man for her!

Relationship Help From America’s #1 Relationship Expert: Question 1
What is the number one mistake women make while dating?
I have found that many women feel incomplete or inadequate without a man in their lives. When this happens, the woman ends up radiating a desperate energy, which turns men off. The best thing a single woman can do is to fall in love with herself first. When a woman feels good about who she is, she will exude confidence and end up attracting the right kind of men.
Relationship Help From America’s #1 Relationship Expert: Question 2
Do you feel women are too aggressive with men today?
For the most part I do. A man needs to feel like a man. He cannot feel this way when the woman takes his job away from him, and that job is to be the pursuer.
Relationship Help From America’s #1 Relationship Expert: Question 3
If this is true, how does a woman be less aggressive?
A woman must allow the pursuit and simply respond. She must be patient and wait for him to make the first moves. This is easy to do when she is not that interested in him, however, becomes far more difficult when she likes him. For instance, after a great date she needs to wait for him to contact her and ask her out again. If she sends him a cute text or calls first, this impedes the innate behavioral patterns of pursuit.
Relationship Help From America’s #1 Relationship Expert: Question 4
Is flirting good to do if she is interested?
Yes! Flirting lets him know she is interested and welcomes his advances. The key is to keep is fun and lighthearted. When a woman flirts with a sexual undertone it actually comes across desperate and can be a real turn off.
Relationship Help From America’s #1 Relationship Expert: Question 5
Do you suggest online dating for single women?
I do when it is done in the right way. Men and women who are dating online pad their profiles and use pictures that do not truly represent what they look like. My online relationship help advice is to first write an honest and authentic profile and post pictures of how you look in your everyday life.

Relationship Expert Bree Maresca-Kramer M.A. gave us great relationship help answers on questions single women are looking to find out about. You will find her relationship help answers surprising and full of good insight!
Bree what would you say is the top mistake a woman makes in her dating life?
The top relationship help advice for single women is always value and honor themselves. Women need to know that a man is suppose to compliment their life not be their life. Approaching dating this way will ensure that a woman will stay true to who she is and what she has to offer in a relationship.
Bree what is the best way to have a man notice you?
My relationship expert advice here is to never ever chase him! A woman can put herself in a man’s line of vision but she should never take on the male role of pursuing him. This may get him initially but it hardly ever keeps him around for long.
Bree when should a woman say “I love you” to the man she is dating?
The best relationship help advice for this question is to wait! Let him tell you he loves you first. If he has fallen for you, he will let you know his feelings. If you say it first, it could scare him away if he is not there yet!
Bree how should a woman flirt with a man she is interested in?
This relationship help advice is very simple, be confident and always be yourself! A man is very attracted to a woman who is comfortable in her own skin and feels good about who she is. A woman should never mistake flirting with acting sexually aggressive, as this only comes across desperate.
Bree can you tell our single women how to meet a man?
A woman can either meet a man organically or use online dating. She can trust that along the way in her daily life she will run into someone or she can be more pro-active about it. However, when dating online, my relationship help advice is to always be very clear in what you are looking for in your profile and to post pictures that show the real you and not a dolled-up version of you.

Dating
Dating can be very challenging when you do not have the right skill set to do it successfully. Many women make similar mistakes without ever realizing they are the ones ruining their love life. To help you improve your dating life here are some relationship help tips.
Relationship Help: Dating for Women #1
Learn How To Pick. Many women do not know how to “pre-qualify” a man before choosing to date him. Picking the right type of man in the first place helps you avoid wasting your precious time.
Relationship Help: Dating for Women #2
Feeling Confident. There is nothing more attractive than confidence. If you feel good about who you are that will come across and draw men to you naturally. Always remember that dating is about complimenting who you are and not filling a void.
Relationship Help: Dating for Women #3
Be the Woman. Today many women are too aggressive and end up cutting a man off at the pass. A man needs to pursue you because his brain is wired to do so. When you allow the pursuit, you give him the opportunity to win you and he feels that you are a great catch for him.
Relationship Help: Dating for Women #4
Femininity. Women today are too aggressive and most have forgotten how to be feminine. A heterosexual man does not want a buddy or another man to date; he wants a woman who will compliment his masculinity. Therefore, before going on your date consciously leave behind your tough girl or professional woman persona.
Relationship Help: Dating for Women #5
Do Not Settle. Honor who you are and your value before entering the dating world. Know what you want and do not settle for less. It is ok to allow him to show you he is your equal partner before you jump in too fast.
